music..
ok.. music is the topic for today..
i enjoy listening to all kinds of music,
any genre,
in any kind of languages, including those i dont understand..
as long as they have a nice melody...
actually, i dont think i really like music before 7 years old,
but well.. things change..
actually, this change have a lot to do with my sister
(i just realised that a lot of things in my life have something to do with her,
maybe i'll do a post on her someday later...)
she enjoys music too,
and due to the fact that she always turn on the radio in our living room,
i get exposed to all kinds of music...
going to the barber, you can listen to tamil songs,
malay songs could be heard everywhere on tv then....
thus, i think you understand what i'm trying to say here...

next about musical instruments...
those that i learned:
piano,
guitar,
trombone,
let's not forget the recorder...
lets's start with piano..
piano is a instrument that i really REALLY wanted to learn..
i first started learning it when i'm still very young,
about 4-5? (during that time, i'm still living in my grandmother's house)
however, i forgot when, our family is moving..
thus, i think my father asked if me and my sister wanted to continue learning,
as it's troublesome moving the piano to the new house...
my sis said no....
as a result, no piano for me....
though i tried asking my cousin to teach me something,
i forgot everthing by now...
then came guitar,
classical guitar..
i learned it for about half a year?
but then because the lesson time clashed with the math lesson time,
i'm forced to give up on guitar too,
since i'm coming to s'pore anyway...
i'm still playing the trombone now,
so nothing much to say here...
recorder, i think every pri school student learned it?
but then it's very easy,
just remember the fingering and know how to control your air can liao,
no dynamics or anything....

now, back to school life...
i discovered that i'm quite impossible to get A1 for a lot of subjects in EOYs...
eng: 72
chi: 74
lit: 64
malay: 84
humans: 82
lss: 70
malay is definitely dead... probably humans too...
and eng...
so let's say i get all A1, eng b3, malay a2, humans b3...
my msg will be 1.63...
lala.... need a bit more....
on a positive note:
my ACE are getting better...
eng: 20
chi: 10
is: 20
humans: 12
maths: 32
lit: 22
lss: 16
malay: 8
at least i'm satisfied with these...
