band..
yes, HCIMB...
i'm proud to be in the band,
or should i say,
in this band...
let's talk about band,
some of you may know,
my first choice wasn't band,
(second, to be exact)
i actually had high interest to join another cca..
but when i was given a choice to choose to stay or leave,
i chose to stay...
why?
one obvious reason is changing cca is too troublesome,
you have to talk to a few teachers before you can change...
(i DO NOT like to talk to unfamiliar figures, if i have a choice)
but the other reason is due to the people there...
do you know that most of my close friends are band members?
it is in band that i find people who i can trust,
people that i can believe in...
i love band,
not only because it reminds me of my primary school,
(i was a band member in chen moh,
i really miss those days)
not only because of the music that we play,
but more of our teamwork...
i enjoy working in a team,
where every member contribute to achieve something...
i enjoy the feeling of contributing to that "something" myself,
where i play a part to improve it...
we are a bunch of really bonded people,
i know that,
and it is in band that i feel i truly belong to...
it is the place where i can call as my third home...
i dunno what happened today,
maybe the acoustics was really very bad,
maybe we had facilities that was too good,
or maybe something else...
no matter what it is,
work hard...
it's only one month away...
